By accessing or using Epic Fill, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Epic Fill is an adaptive browser copilot that assists users in completing applications across job, government, healthcare, education, and general form domains. The service includes a web dashboard, API, and browser extension.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Epic Fill only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to submit false information on applications, circumvent application security measures, or automate submissions without human review. All form submissions require your explicit review and approval.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all personal data you provide to Epic Fill. We claim no intellectual property rights over your profile data, resumes, saved answers, or application responses. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for missed application deadlines due to service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Epic Fill is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of auto-filled data or the outcome of any application you submit. You are solely responsible for reviewing all information before submission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

10. Accessibility

Epic Fill is designed to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, and clear user review before submission. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us so we can investigate and improve the experience.

11. Refunds

If Epic Fill fails to deliver the paid service you reasonably expected — for example, a sustained outage that prevents you from using core features — you may contact us to request a full or partial refund. Refund decisions are made at Epic Fill's discretion based on the circumstances, your account history, and the nature of the service failure.

To request a refund, email support@epicfill.com with your account email and a brief description of what went wrong. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including any statutory withdrawal rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
